Letting you know at the very end that they don't do phone orders after happily taking down a phone order - but they had to school you and say "Just so you know, we don't... But we did anyway" bad customer service. That's not how you treat customers. Be up front. And if you can't be up front then don't complain after taking the order. Took my info down. Checked out my website to see who I am (I can see you btw) said they would do a follow-up but nothing. Very disappointed.
