The owner is super-friendly and could provide the service without prior booking. He is the magician from what I see as the outcome.

I was also very grateful for the time that Dez took to explain how to care for my knives going forward so that they will continue to be sharp and easy to use. We needed our 9-piece block set all sharpened, and Dez responded to my inquiry right away with appointment availability the very next day. The turnaround time was within 24 hours, and he even provided a discount for the bulk order. Knives were all impeccably tuned up and he was very kind and easy to work with - 100% recommend!!

My knives are probably sharper then the day I got them. And the mirror finish on the edge looks wonderful!
It's like sending your knives to a spa to get refreshed!
