★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have toddler play structures, okay in the morning, SUPER hot to a point that is not useable in summer afternoon. It is west facing with no shade structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice playground for younger ones. Some picnic tables, lots of benches, dogs not allowed as its considered hospital property. No bathroom, loses a star.

Also the swing is really close to the ground.
Good for toddlers but anyone older than 5 will keep smacking the floor with their feet.. this is very visible but the hole it's created in the turf!
