This place is right by Sunset Beach. You can swim, take swimming lessons for a very good price, ideal for low income families. There is a separate area for smaller children as well. The hot tub is great, not too big, but very nice, regardless. Pay parking only. Right after swimming, you can continue your day with a bike ride or a little walk on the beach. Bus stop is right in front of this facility.

Nice place to swim! A bit older so there is an odd layout and not everything is in the same place but it is clean and quiet. Came here with mermaid tails and had an excellent time in the dive tank - super deep and with really high boards. Definetly want to come here again!

Love swimming 50m laps here. Water temperature not as hot as other pools in the area. Big plus!

50 meter pool. Temperature generally good for lane swimming. Lane swim are divided to open, slow, medium, fast, express (50m in less than 50s). Currently pool cleaning during weekdays is 9:00 - 9:30 and 15:30 to 16:00. Generally most quiet times are 10:30 - 1pm on weekdays (seen up to 5 to 6 per lane max), and late evenings for weekends (advice from lifeguard). Seems like an old pool but well maintained. Lifeguards seem friendly and alert and aware of what's happening (no experience on that front but they don't seem distracted and well coordinated). Free boards and leg buoys to use. There's also a small gym at one end of the pool, a decent hot tub, and a renovated dry sauna room.

It is the best pool in the lower Mainland for people who like to swim lengths, dive, and enjoy the hot tub in a peaceful quiet environment. The dive tank has a 1M and 3M springboard, and a 5M, 7.5M, and 10M platform. All except the 10M, are always open. If you want to go off the 10M platform you just have to ask the lifeguard beside the dive tank. Every time I have asked, the lifeguard said ok. And to top it all off, the staff are exceptional and the facility is always clean.

Love this pool. Love the people who go there. Everyone is "real". The 50 metre pool is just wonderful and the gym is also great. I am there 6 days a week to swim and gym and it's always super. The only thing that annoys me is the showers which are always luke warm. Apart from that LOVE THIS PLACE. Also LOVE the idea of the vaccination passports required for both gym and swimming. I feel safe here. They are doing their utmost best to keep up all covid rules.
