โ โ โ โ โ This Vancity like all the ones I have visited have a great staff they are very polite and personable. You can buy used books here and the money goes to charity. They have a parking lot. It seems that the staff don't know if the points accumulated on one visa card can be transferred to another card when going from a Classic Enviro Visa card to a gold card.I would think that it is important that at least one person on staff should be well informed of thier products.

โ โ โ โ โ Have been with this bank since I was 14 and I can sadly say that it is terrible, an extremely unprofessional establishment. I have recently switched banks and am forever grateful. I would recommend going to any bank other than Vancity
