★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hi everyone vancity coustmer or outsider my experience totally very bad here this vancity brach.. staf not helpful & manager to.. staf se no manager se no staf se yes manager se yes like a toy.. & long line up every time.5 conter here but working only 3 conter every time same thing. I am not use to internet & online banking so I go to this branch & i say can you print out for me this 6 month statement pls staf say you pay $2 for the statement. then I say can I talk to the manager. then manager yes you pay first $2 but not other branches charge for me. my account almost 14year old.. I have cibc ACOUNT to staf good friendly & helping & cibc not charge for me any kind of statement or paper work. I decided I am closed me & my wife account ASAP.. everyone if you need a good service & value your money pls don't open account here..#vancity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unwelcoming staff. Was being helped by teller when an employee stepped out of her office to blatantly interrupt over a trivial matter, in the end just stared at me and walked away. They need to hire more mature and courteous natured people for this location, not to mention informative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutey, horrible costumer service. The accountant was so rude, she did not have any attentions to even be polite. I believe her name was Malika. She was abosolutely the rudest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Growing up I just naturally thought that going with one of the 5 banks was the norm. A privilege I think they called it ? Well if this branch knows you and you're friendly enough to make yourself known you will re think your entire world of banking. I thought I had it all figured out until a very kind experience and a very meticulous execution by I think it was ashleen. This review does not promote vancity in any way albeit I'm sure they have great products but it's specific to this branch. If you have issues with customer service it's likely on you. They will take care of you but you have to earn it. My parents have accounts here and I always wondered why.. i only went here twice and both times my goal was accomplished. It was very smooth and they just overall help you. Again if you have issues here maybe try smiling more and saying hello because its likely on you they're providing an amazing service and genuinely help you.
