★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had two awful experiences with this company.
The first unit they tried to rent me was destroyed (despite some misleadingly nice pictures online) it was full of garbage and an old couch. There were holes in the walls and exposed wiring dangling from the ceiling where light fixtures had been ripped out. There was no light because, again, the fixtures had been ripped out. This was a unit listed at $2200 in Vancouver.
I have no idea if the second unit was nice. No one was there when I showed up for my appt. When I called they told me they’d rented the unit a week before. Sorry, not their fault. This was odd because they’d spent the last week sending me constant emails and texts asking me to verify that I would still make the appt. who exactly was I verifying with?
Seriously, this is one of the lowest rated realtors in the area. If you go with them you have no one but yourself to blame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware, this company is unscrupulous. Went to see 1323 Homer today. There's scaffolding around the entire building covering all the windows and obstructing the views. I previously spoke to a different realtor who had told me it would take 1 to 2 years for the work to be completed (I didn't realize it was the same building/unit). Today, the realtor from Vanak today told me it would be done in 2 months. Not trusting her, I went downstairs after the viewing and spoke with the construction guys actually doing the job and they told me the work would take 2 years! At best, 1.5 years. So, had a believed Vanak's realtor and signed a lease, I would have been screwed over for 1.5-2 years with scaffolding and construction work taking place the entire time. Anything for a dollar. Thanks for completely wasting my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iman and Minoo were our agents for apartment we recently purchased. They were professional, punctual, and extremely reliable through the whole process and explained each step in details. Buying in Vancouver market is stressful but these guys made it lot easier with their professionalism and positive attitude.Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldnt give 1 out of 5 but Im forced to give it something unf. We had a very terrible experience working with them. They just charged my mom to manage her property every month but did not provide any service to her and when she asked them something they were sooo rude and disrespectful to her. Because my mom's english wasnt so good she trusted them with her property and paid them for years but they did not do anything for her. Dont recommend them to anyone.

They weren't able to return post-dated cheques after selling the apartment where I lived. When they finally did it, I've got only two out of seven.
Communication with them was awful, never called or texted back.
Be aware of this "company". Look for somebody else.
Especially I don't recommend having business with Jennifer Li. I've attached the photo.
