★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, lots of discriminations here by the sales persons or some managers.
For example, under the table they sell something to a customer who's from the same country and speaks the same language 40 to 50% cheaper but to others NO WAY.
I hope the big bosses take care of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I've had at least 3 sales reps and they are all rude and typical snake oil salesman. They aren't even knowledgeable on the products they sell. Perfect example of how a couple bad representatives can ruin the image of an entire company. Will NEVER buy from here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff in receiving department, they have terrible attitudes as well as drivers are not allowed to use company washrooms whosever come here for shipping or receiving.
Very first time I saw this type of company in Canada and USA. I want to give them 00000 stars.
