★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total refresh of a very dated multi level condo. They installed beautiful LVP flooring, carpet, custom tile in bathroom. They helped us with organization of services for furnace, hot water tank, taps. As well as helping us do the first 3 levels, they will be starting the Phase 2 of the last two bedrooms and bathrooms in June.

However, shortly after we got the unique opportunity to work on a custom renovation with them to create our new home. We were impressed by their vision in their renovations. They don't just put on a little paint and call it an upgrade. They teardown walls, relocate kithens and create useable functional beautiful spaces. Their team of trades were very professional and we were always in awe of how tidy the worksite was. We are now in our new home and loving it! We would highly recommend Van Manna homes for your project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Van Manna Homes on our recent home renovation. They redid our basement, roof, eaves troughs, and also did some concrete work on the side of our home. We only have good things to say about our experience. Everyone was responsive, helpful and informative. Jenn did a great job of keeping us in the loop during our build and communicating schedule updates and changes. She was also very helpful in the selections process to ensure we were happy with what we picked! Mike and the entire construction team were always on time, tidy, and left our home in great shape. Jason was in touch throughout the entire project to ensure we were happy and informed of the construction going on.
Overall we are so happy with the updates made to our home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Van Manna Homes for any renovation or new build projects.

With beer and cider on tap, a live wall and a garage door we can open once it's warm outside makes this office space a place anyone would want to come work in. I'm in love! Jason and his team did a fabulous job!
