I assume when they are given broken and dirty products they toss them as all of their merchandise is in great used condition compared to other value villages selling barley functional, and or smelly items. The staff is always friendly and conversational!

c	c foubert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the merchandise is priced much higher than before. The male manager was unfriendly and put fourth no effort to mask his annoyance and disapproval of how my son was acting at the cash after waiting in a very long queue. Customer service was awful.

I was watching him yell at a crying girl about how he couldn’t do something for her since it would be an inconvenience to him. If he was having a bad day then he should deal with that himself instead of taking it out on a young girl who was simply asking a question. Unbelievable, this Valu Village NEEDS to reevaluate their staff. I wish no harm or ill will to this person but I think they may need to choose a different career path because it seems this is not the correct fit for them.

Why do you resell donated items at antique store prices. People who shop at thrift stores are people from low income households or people looking for vintage items. You are not doing the public any favors.
