Before starting, he thoroughly researched what I'd like to get out of the work, and customized the work in the sessions specifically for my needs. With his patient, gentle and intuitive guidance, he knew exactly how to pace the work. After each session I felt deeply accomplished, and a lot closer to my goals. In a matter of a few weeks Federico has taught me more skills than I've gained in several years of self-development.

Federico is very solid in his knowledge of Hypnosis technique, and he’s a passionate teacher. No student left behind! I enjoyed his guided meditations, and use what I learned about this method of meditation very often. I would work with Federico again at any opportunity. He wants to empower YOU!

Federico is warm, and very easy to talk to. He is clearly passionate about what he does.
The sessions felt like discussing new ideas with and old friend.
The ideas and techniques are very natural and effortless to apply throughout the day.
