Was greeted by a very quirt and indignant receptionist. I had scheduled a doctors appointment with Dr Jahnke to review my blood test and was also experiencing abdominal pains with diarrhoea and lack of sleep. My boyfriend and I have relocated to Parksville and Dr Jahnke is aware that we both drive down from up Island to see her. I thought my appointment was at 11:30am and arrived in the office at 11:23 to be told by the receptionist that my appointment was actually 11:15. I asked if I could still see her and she said let me go and ask. She also mentioned that Dr Jahnke was just speaking with another doctor so have a seat and I'll be right back. When she returned, I was told to reschedule my appointment. I said it's not even 11:30 and I was 13 minutes late. After speaking with Cathy the office manager, it's the doctors discretion to refuse to see a patient if they are late. There was one other elderly gentlemen in the reception area, along with a lady that walked in just before me. Literally no one in the office. Dr Jahnke could have easily giving me 10 or 15 minutes of her time but she chose to turn away a patient over a time frame. I called the office back the following day to speak with Cathy the office manager and her remark to me after I explained the situation was that 'if I was so sick, I should have been on time'. Wow this is the public service we are provided as tax payers. Being treated like we are children late for school. Of course I was upset...I was and am not feeling well. Extremely unprofessional and their lack of empathy is deplorable!

In regards to positive reviews on ""Dr. Kubatsky on YellowPages.ca both covi4579 and elli3405 profiles are temporary profiles, which most likely means they are fraudulent profiles. Knowing Kubatsky from personal encounter and his incline to IT, it is most likely he fraudulently created those profiles to give himself five star reviews. I am terrified of this character and I cannot believe such can exist. Mr. Kubatsky is an offender and maybe terrorist and maybe of grave threat to elderly, ill and weak people seeking medical attention. I cannot believe such made his way into doctor's chair - does anybody check? Isn't there screening process, or did he simply walk in and sat? Having nothing good to say about Kubatsky and after being repeatedly insulted and threatened by that offender, I wrote: why parasite such as Vitaliy Kubatskyy is presented as Dr. across social media? He should be preserved in formalin-dehydrate solution among ascarid specimens! BE AWARE OF THIS. Ascarids are people too.

Posted without prejudice There seems to be a disparity between customer service and proper management of appointments. While I'm sure all of my peers would agree, we exercise constraint when it comes to appointment times drastically exceeding what was booked. In my opinion, it has a bad reflection directly on the Dr, as apparently the entrepreneur to create a clinic. As the customer, I truly want to have faith in the abilities of the office staff, as well as the medical professional who has dedicated themself to the betterment of our health. I am offering and requesting a reply to this post from Valley Medical Clinic. I realize that this posting may raise a few hairs, but I also believe that we as patients have an inherent entitlement to an adequate response.

The ladies that work at the desk are wonderful, polite helpful and courteous. I've had a few Dr changes as they retired or took different positions, Dr Woods, Dr Jahnke, Dr Kubatskky and all were great. Dr Jahnke struggled with time management ?. But all were very good Drs. . looking forward to meeting my new Dr, eventually.. Dr Trevor Tsang.

I'm giving my doctor (Dr.Ismail) 5 stars. I have had her as a family doctor for 9 years now, and she has been absolutely outstanding. Always going above and beyond what she could have done for me and my family. As for the ladies at the front desk - I've had very hit and miss experiences. Some of them are wonderful every time It seems. Others really need to look into advancing their social skills with others, or perhaps finding a new job?

Great Clinic! I found the front-end staff courteous and helpful. On a typical visit, I will often share a smile and joke with the staff. I rarely wait more than 20 minutes to see the Dr. That’s a lot better than other clinics I have been to! Also, Dr. Ibrahim is a wonderful, caring Doctor. I feel very lucky to have him as a family physician.

Very bright and spacious waiting room with plenty of patient seating. The receptionists are very welcoming. My dr pays attention to me and fully explains what, why, how, etc. I'm very happy with my experience with Valley Medical Clinic.
