S	SAAD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mistake made at surrey hospital resulted in me having collection report in my excellent credit score, I checked with the hospital and the financial department and they say that I had insurance back then and everything was paid up I even checked with the doctor office whose name was on the bill they said everything was paid yet Valley Medcom issued that $512 bill and even tho I called shortly after I received it and left a voicemail that the bill wasn’t correct and I never heard from them since then until I saw the collection report on my score, I called again they said I didn’t leave my phone number in the voicemail that’s was their answer and that was their argument, not bills or documents I’ve sent which verify my coverage and their bill was a complete mistake they never held accountable for just because we’re refugees and we don’t know some stuff don’t make us fools and try to rob us by threatening you’d ruin my credit score, I had the worse experience with the lady that works there u would never forgive her for ruining my credit score.

I thought the charge was an act of fraud and when asked for information to verify legitimacy and was given next to nothing. Method of payment seemed extremely sketchy (mail only by money order or check) and was given no resolution procedures after providing the information the required (I'm not even sure if I should have given it to them. The letter said if the invoice wasn't paid in a timely manner, it would be forwarded to a collection agency). Overall an unpleasant experience.

Cindy King, the owner of the company, and the women who work for her do an outstanding job. The billing sheets are picked up from the hospital weekly, making it easy to get the billings to the company. They provide quick, reliable service, and do excellent follow-up on bad debts, or miscoded visits. They will respond quickly to any questions I have.
