B	Barbara Ferguson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week our stove broke down. This could not have happened at a worse time as I was having Thanksgiving dinner. When I called Gary he was kind enough to fit me in the same day even though he had a busy day ahead of him. It turned out the bake igniter had broken. He ordered it on the Thursday and the part was to arrive on the Friday. The next day he called me to tell me he received the part however it was broken. He assured me not to worry as he could take the ignitor from the broiler and use it to bake. On Friday afternoon he came over and changed the parts. Thanks to Gary our Thanksgiving dinner went off without any issues. This morning first thing he called me to say he received the replacement part. He said he could come at 11:30am and arrived right on time. Gary did not even charge us for coming and switching the igniters. Although Gary does not normally do things like this he wanted it working for Thanksgiving! Now that is what you call exceptional customer service. We will definitely be using Gary in the future and recommend him to all our family and friends! Oh and by the way he gives a 15% discount on the service call for Georgetown residences.

He quickly scheduled a date and time to assist us with an appliance gas hook up. When he arrived he soon discovered an issue and addressed it on the spot at a very fair and acceptable cost.Our dryer is working perfectly..Thank you Gary !!

His workmanship and service was excellent. Everything was very reasonably priced and I even received a "local" discount on the service call. I will call him again if I need any other gas appliance repairs.

Gary was thorough in his assessment and I feel that it was due to his years of experience he was able to pin point the source of the problems, where other less experienced technicians would ( and had ) missed it In no time at all the issues were resolved and the fireplace is now working like it should.
