The 'fees' are WAY too much. To add to that kick, they CHARGE to send to email or mobile!!! I will be avoiding the SOEC just for this reason, no need to rip people off.

What a terrible process for obtaining tickets for a concert!

What a joke!! Preparing for when the Foo Fighters tickets officially went on sale at 10:00 am today, an email from SOEC yesterday told us a virtual waiting room would become available at 9:30, no sooner. From there, people would then be chosen at random to enter the site and obtain tickets. (Incidentally, this infuriating process also wasted an hour of our time on both presale days.) After once again showing up to the virtual waiting room the second it was available today, we were kept waiting for almost 20 minutes AFTER tickets officially went on sale before the site finally granted us access... where we were once again informed nothing was available. There was no way around this. Half an hour after I knew tickets were already gone, some of our friends were all still in that virtual waiting room, and the site just kept them there, not informing them the concert was sold out! There's no excuse for this, most especially. Such a waste of people's time! After reaching the ticketing site and finding nothing left, we were all shown a message to keep checking back because more tickets may be available later. Huh?!!!! I can't even find that message anymore. Meanwhile, all the resellers seem to have had no problem scoring tons of tickets in the last 3 days that are now all for sale for more than double the price. SOEC has already disabled comments so we can't go see if anyone in town managed to get tickets or not. This tells me we are definitely not alone in our experience. Everyone I talk to says the same thing. Incidentally, it took me exactly 4 minutes after the conclusion of this frustrating experience to redirect, create an account with Ticketmaster, find what I was looking for and secure decent seats at Rogers Arena. Sure, it's a bigger venue. But take note of the process there, guys... easy process. Equal access. The fastest people got the best seats. This is how buying tickets is supposed to go.

thanks for the card scam. Now I'm going to Vancouver for a concert .. I bought the ticket on the first try and not first you made me a fool with a code so I waited in the virtual and tomorrow again the same.. ... I hope someone will review your business.!!

So Frustrated... This website is truly a terrible mess multiple waiting queues and pop ups that lead nowhere, as a result we have missed out on seeing one of the greatest bands of all time. Thanks for selling over half the venue to scalpers!!! Next time leave it to Ticket Master, at least everyone gets a fair chance with them!

Website is attrocious. Waited online for tickets for almost an hour. Got to the front of the line and the site didn't work. Told me I had to accept cookies. Went through all the steps suggested and still didn't work. Missed out on tickets. I support small venues getting away from the big boys like ticketmaster, but ensure your tech works. Absolutely not ok that I'm unable to access tickets on your site with the most up to date version of Chrome.
