The Cambridge Team is the most amazing blessing to our entire family from the children to the seniors they are exceptional in physical and mental health solutions as well as being so respected by the specialists they have the referral connections to put you in the best hands months ahead of others. We live it. They are a huge part of our family.

The doctors are amazing! But the front desk is useless.. try calling to make an appointment..your better off driving in person. Even my sons pediatrician brought it to my attention she tried calling for a week, twice a day and nobody ever picked up the phone! Ridiculous.

Was seen by my new family doctor and immediately he pulls out the prescription pad. Went in for a physical issue and was handed a prescription for an antipsychotic drug with no referral to a psychiatrist or anything. Just here take this. TOTALLY not related to what I went in for. Didn't feel like he cared either. Just another kick back to his pocket from Big Pharma. When I asked about more natural remedies he said go to a naturopath with a look like they are just uneducated quacks. Really not trusting the medical service here in Canada or BC specifically.

Had our meet and greet with Dr. Ameh. Not impressed, he was rude and very arrogant. Canceled our next appointment was the him. Our family will not be returning to see him. Also, very hard to get through to the receptionist. Took me days to finally speak to someone. Might be a good idea to allow messages to be left on the voicemail so people aren't spending their entire day to try and get through

Dr. Nyirenda is a very caring doctor. She takes the time to hear your concerns and does what is best for the patient. She will refer when necessary to specialists. I find the staff pleasant and feel the location is great as well. I have never seen any "junkies" as another reviewer has posted. I am so happy to be able to come here for my medical care.

As a young woman who lives with anxiety, I find it hard to deal with the reception staff. I find them to be borderline rude. I never see them smile, and they if you ask them for anything, they almost act is if you're bothering them; as though it's not precisely what they're being paid to do. I like my Doctor though, Doctor Cambridge is very kind. Only drawback is she likes to talk, ergo she's often quite behind and you have to sit and wait.

I have no complaints! Rosemary Cambridge has been a great doctor for me and the staff have always been lovely towards me. I can get in to see my doctor when I need to and sure sometimes I might have to wait a few minutes but that's normal anywhere!

If you actually want to be treated, consider looking elsewhere. Every appointment feels as though you are reverting backwards with respect to medical issue resolution, no matter how minor in nature. I can understand doctors want to thoroughly understand the medical history of new patients before recommending treatments/prescribing medications, as they should, but my partner and I have both made several appointments each regarding separate, ongoing issues, and neither of us are any further ahead. Both us of are still patiently waiting to be treated for ongoing minor medical issues that continue to be deferred again, and again to a multitude of follow-up appointments that accomplish absolutely nothing. I certainly hope this is not becoming the norm among medical practitioners, but we feel as though $ is the priority for this clinic, rather than patient care. You will need to supplement appointments with visits to the walk-in clinic as you wait to be treated, just as we have both had to. You will have to schedule appointments weeks in advance, wait for upwards of an hour in the waiting room each time, and do not expect modern accommodations such as automated appointment reminders. As mentioned by others, generally speaking, front desk staff are rude, fail to follow through on actions and need constant reminders, and could care less about actually helping patients. Hoping this will improve in the near future or we will both be forced to go elsewhere so we can actually be treated.
