★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here have been incredibly helpful and friendly when I've visited. The range of goods is really good, very well suited to kootenay outdoor adventures. Some of the brand's are a bit expensive but that's just their target market. The other good thing is the rewards points you can get, worth remembering to sign up for when you can spend so much on any given item. Overall my experience here has been great. Good staff, well laid out and appropriate selection. Just what you need when your virtually in the middle of nowhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop, lots of nice gear. bought my paddle board, life vest, backpack, paddle, all to support local, close to $3000.00. I needed a new brass screw and nut for my paddle board fin. Was charged $9.00. after spending all this money at their shop they charged me for a replacement fin nut!!. Nice products, nice store, friendly staff, but I felt this was low. Vahalla Pure owners, please include a spare fin nut for each paddleboard you sell, and don't charge customers for one if they have recently purchased one of your paddleboards.

Truly knowledgeable and helpful staff - I felt helped with my purchases instead of 'sold to' - staff took time to make sure they understood my needs and goals and then made totally great recos. Also love that everything's such great quality - great not to have to wade through a bunch of stuff you don't want to find what you came for. Everywhere you look there's something cool. A Kootenay gem.

Almost everything is high quality products at reasonable/comparable prices. NOTE: Sales/Promotions shown online often are not valid at this location.

Staff are helpful and friendly.
Some of the clothing is unreasonably priced.
However there is still a lot of high quality outdoor gear available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a gem of an outdoor gear and clothing store in the quaint little town of new Denver. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Every item seems to be hand selected for quality, durability and style. I always find something here that turns out to be a stable in my wardrobe! The farthest thing from fast fashion so you can feel good about buying items that will last you a lifetime!
