Incredibly disorganized. Overwhelmed, he will not refuse if you ask him to repair your vehicle. But ask him when he does ... he overcharged for a very poor service.

I have been doing business with Carl for a year and I have no problem with them, everyone makes mistakes but it is a very good garage and instead of having a mechanic it comes with two mechanics

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience ont me dit ils ont la pièce que j ai besoin....bin non ont essayé de me vendre une pièce usager le double d une neuve sur Amazon et en plus que je doit la modifier ahahah pas fort et le comble environ 25-30vtt neuf dehors à la grosse pluie et en d usager très mauvaise expérience rarement je fais un mauvais commentaire mais la ....désolé
Very bad experience told me they have the part that I need .... bin no tried to sell me a used part twice a new one on Amazon and in addition that I must modify it hahahah not strong and fill it about 25-30 mtb new outside in heavy rain and very bad user experience rarely I make a bad comment but the .... sorry

EN PLUS quand je les rappler il a été Arrogant car j'avais pas ramasser mon 4roue mais il avais pas faite la jobs que je lui est demander JE NE RECOMANDE PAS
Pour répondre a ta réponse je ne suis pas venu reporter le 4roue c'est faux ! Je suis juste pas parti avec car la job n'était completer ? jai demander a ton employer ques qui avais été faite et il n'était même pas sur, pourtant il m'avais préciser que c'est lui qui l'avais réparer plus tot
Quand jai vu le 4 roue jai vu ma pompe a gaz n'avais pas été réinstaller et quelle pendais presque a terre
Je connais ton employer j'était decu mais je n'est pas été arrogant avec ! Tu a été hyper arrogant quand je tes appller donc je suis tomber automatiquement arrogant quand je tes répondu ;)

Je vous rapelle que on a des milliers de client et sa tres satisfait. Nous somme des humain. Nous somme une équipe dynamique et jeune. Nous travaillons toujours avec motivation. L'ambiance a l'intérieur du garage est excellente autant pour les employer que pour les client. (Familiale ). Cela fait selement 1 ans et demi que nous somme ouvert a cette endroit . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis très déçue de cet entreprise. J'ai apporté ma motoneige accidentée il y a plus d'un mois. Carl, le propriétaire m'avais certifié qu'il me contacterait au début de la semaine suivante. Il ne m'a jamais téléphoner pour me donner une estimé du coût ni du temps qu'il lui faudrait pour réparer ma motoneige. J'ai téléphoner et il n'avait pas le temps de me parler. J'ai finalement été récupérer ma motoneige et apporter chez Mercier Marine qui a pris 4 heures pour l'a réparer.
I am very disappointed with this company. I brought my snowmobile accident there over a month. Carl, the owner had certified that he would contact me at the beginning of the following week. He never phoned me to give me an estimate of the cost or the time it would take to repair my snowmobile. I phoned and he did not have time to talk to me. I finally got my snowmobile back and brought it to Mercier Marine who took 4 hours to fix it.
