Au téléphone comme en personne, l'accueil est souriant, poli, les explications sont franches, claires et précises (je n'ai pas senti qu'on me traitait comme une "petite-madame-qui-connait-rien"). Le personnel essaie sincèrement de m'accommoder autant par les démarches faites pour obtenir les pièces nécessaires (en temps de pandémie) que pour m'offrir une voiture de courtoisie et un rendez-vous à un moment qui me convient. M.Sébastien est très avenant. Félicitations à toute l'équipe chez Autobahn Valleyfield!
I am delighted with the service received at Autobahn Valleyfield. On the phone as in person, the reception is smiling, polite, the explanations are frank, clear and precise (I did not feel that I was treated like a "little-madam-who-knows-nothing"). The staff sincerely tries to accommodate me as much by the steps taken to obtain the necessary parts (in times of a pandemic) as by offering me a courtesy car and an appointment at a time that suits me. M.Sébastien is very personable. Congratulations to the entire team at Autobahn Valleyfield!
