Transport Vachon est la compagnie en charge de la livraison ,malheureusement lors de la livraison la sécheuse avais une éraflure, alors le livreur MARC nous a dis qu'il allait retourner la machine et nous livrer une autre. Cependant , après une semaine on a rien reçu ,j'ai du aller au Costco me faire rembourser attendre que Costco valide que le produit avais bien été retourner et ensuite céduler une autre livraison . Conséquence, trois semaine sans sécheuse je trouve dommage qu'un livreur donne de l'information erroné avoir su j'aurais été chez costco le plus vite possible pour refaire une autre commande comme le livreur m'a affirmer qu'il allais me livrer une autre machine le mercredi ou le samedi prochain j'ai attendu. La logistique lors qu'il y a un problème chez transport Vachon est mauvaise vous devez corriger la situation. • • • I bought a washer and dryer from Costco. Transport Vachon is the company in charge of the delivery, unfortunately during the delivery the dryer had a scratch, so the delivery man MARC told us that he was going to return the machine and deliver us another. However, after a week we didn't receive anything, I had to go to Costco to get a refund, wait for Costco to validate that the product had been returned and then schedule another delivery. As a result, three weeks without a dryer I find it unfortunate that a delivery person gives incorrect information to have known I would have been at costco as soon as possible to redo another order as the delivery man told me that he was going to deliver me a another machine on Wednesday or next Saturday I waited. The logistics when there is a problem at transport Vachon are bad, you must correct the situation. • • •
