★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prendre son argent et réserver ces vacances pour faire un voyage de rêve et tout annuler à moins de 2 mois d'avis, c'est inconcevable. Je trouve cela complètement inhumain, on est supposé vivre un moment extraordinaire en allant en voyage pas une déception.
Take your money and book this holiday to make a dream trip and cancel everything within 2 months of notice, it is inconceivable. I find it completely inhuman, one is supposed to live an extraordinary moment while traveling not a disappointment.

Déception! Mon agence de voyages Vasco vient de m’informer que Vacances Préférence vient d’annuler ma réservation pour juin 2019 avec le circuit "Les incontournables de l’Italie" où il était clairement indiqué en rouge "Exclusivité de Vacances Préférence DÉPARTS GARANTIS". Comment peut-on indiquer de telles faussetés sur une brochure de voyage et s’en tirer indemne; sans aucun dédommagement pour les personnes qui ont réservé?

Disappointment! My travel agent Vasco has just informed me that Vacances Préférence has just canceled my reservation for June 2019 with the circuit "The unavoidable of Italy" where it was clearly indicated in red "Exclusivity Holiday Preference DEPARTURES GUARANTEED". How can one point out such falsities on a travel brochure and get away with it; without any compensation for the people who booked?
Holidays Preference, to withdraw from your preferences!
