S	Sébastien Labrecque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traitement terrain non-fait ou supposément fait, jai jamais eu de papier comme quoi il ont fais le travail.Je demandent des traitement supplémentaire que je devrais avoir gratuitement depuis 1 mois, 3 appelle téléphonique et toujours rien...première et dernière fois que je fais affaire avec eux. Field treatment not done or supposedly done, I never had paper like what he did the job.I ask for additional treatment that I should have free for 1 month, 3 phone call and still nothing ... first and last time I do business with them.

Ils sont passé 2 fois à 3 semaines d'intervalle et son très agressifs pour être payé... Les petites créances nous attendent. Ne faite jamais affaire avec eux, votre argent les interesses infiniment plus que votre problème! They charge me $ 460 for a "treat" (put a juice in cups at 5 cents) and are supposed to come back 5-6 times. They have passed 2 times 3 weeks apart and are very aggressive to get paid ... Small claims are waiting for us. Never do business with them, your money interests them infinitely more than your problem!

Impossible de parler a quelqu'un de l'administration votre personnel bloque nos appels de service en disant que les 2 traitements sont fait et que nous ne serons plus client après le paiement pour un an qui termine en août donc nous ne comprenons pas le refus de service.il faut venir en personne pour régler le tout car le téléphone n'est pas un moyen de communication pour votre franchise.... I still have an ant problem. Impossible to speak to someone from the administration your staff blocks our service calls by saying that the 2 treatments are done and that we will no longer be a customer after the payment for a year which ends in August so we do not understand the refusal of service. you have to come in person to settle everything because the telephone is not a means of communication for your franchise ....

L' entreprise refuse de venir faire un appel de service. Il ne prenne pas les plaintes par téléphone, nous devons nous déplacer sur place pour faire une plainte en semaine. V extermination treated my house against ants, a week after the treatment we found pavement ants inside. The company refuses to come and make a service call. He does not take complaints by phone, we have to go to the site to make a complaint during the week.

Ma décision finale a été de ne pas faire affaire avec eux, j'ai régler mon problème moi même. Cependant, ils ont prit 300$ sur ma carte de crédit le 1 juin. J'ai donc appeler pour le remboursement, ils m'ont dit que si j'avais rien reçu le 30 juin de les rappeler. Leur remboursement se fait seulement par chèque. Je trouve ca très plate qu'il ne peuvent pas rembourser sur ma carte de crédit, comme c'était très bien écrit dans mon dossier de ne rien charger. ( Ce que la personne ma dit) J'ai rappeler le 30 juin car j'ai pas été remboursée!. Ils m'ont dit inquiéter vous pas, d'ici 2 semaine ce sera rembourser sinon appeler nous. Ca fait maintenant 1 mois et demi que j'attends mon remboursement et ils ne me retourne pas mes retours d'appels. Je vous déconseille fortement cette compagnie, ce sont des voleurs. C'est bien spécial qu'en 2021, ils ne peuvent pas rembourser leurs clients par la carte de crédit. Je peux comprendre que l'erreur est humaine est qu''il a un délai pour le remboursement mais pas 1 mois et demi! Hello, I would like to share my experience with you. I called this company last summer. My final decision was not to do business with them, I fixed my problem myself. However, they took $ 300 off my credit card on June 1st. So I call for reimbursement, they told me if I had received nothing by June 30th to call them back. Their reimbursement is made only by check. I find it very boring that they cannot refund to my credit card, as it was very well written in my file not to charge anything. (What the person told me) I called back on June 30 because I have not been reimbursed !. They told me not to worry, within 2 weeks it will be refunded if not call us. I've been waiting for my refund for a month and a half now and they haven't returned my callbacks. I strongly advise against this company, they are thieves. It's very special that in 2021, they cannot reimburse their customers by credit card. I can understand that the human error is that it has a deadline for the refund but not 1.5 months!

When confrontes, the employee put the blame on me for "not asking to be noticed". They also forgot lots of places where they had to spray. Do not recommand at all.
