★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend this place, when they book a time for you, that doesn’t mean anything, you will end up spending all your day there. I went there in the morning they booked an appointment for 2:30pm, at showed up at 2:30pm and they asked me to come in 10 minutes, after 10 minutes they said that they have a few other patients that need to be seen urgently so they didn’t even give me a time and said that they don’t know when they might be able to see me they asked for phone number to call me back. Finally they called me and see me almost end of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really good experience there, I had injured my finger fairly badly. Was seen by a doctor and nurse very quickly. Went back the next day to have the dressing changed and the experience was the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accidentally cut my thumb open today...it wouldn't stop bleeding so I called an made an appointment. Got in right away and got sutures. Staff was wonderful, polite and very professional. Facility was clean and about what I'd expect. Overall I'd highly recommend this place. I was in and out in an hour and a half.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here twice now for my daughters and both times the care they received were excellent. The nurses and doctors are so wonderful and made both my daughters feel at ease and comfortable. Dr. Pater has the warmest, kindest demeanour I’ve seen in a long time in a doctor. She was simply amazing! It’s also exceptionally clean. It is kind of frustrating calling to get a time to come in (which I highly recommend, it is not a walk in) and getting through to the receptionist, but if I can avoid going to the Emergency or a walk in clinic, I’ll definitely choose this care centre over those any day!
