★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 strikes! Had hired them to do measurements/floor plan, I was told it would take 2-3hr, when guy showed up he said it would take 4-5hrs. The turn around suppose to be same day for measurement as stated on their website and 24hrs for more detail floor plan. Paid them in full on same day. Did not receive it til 4 days later after numerous attempts to contact. It took 6 days til someone called me back as requested. Our listing was delayed 5 days as a result and lost out on an open house over long weekend. Received a partial refund. Weeks later they had their automated computer system generate an outstanding invoice email reminder and sent it to me. Not impressed at all. Their response I was on their not been marked paid list. I'm done with their apologies and will not use them again nor recommend.
