P	Pivotal Expo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% Scumbag. If he's selling a house, he doesn't tell buyers its conditionally sold. He does not disclose this, so that he can earn extra commission by bringing a buyer to the table and doesn't want the competition. Poor communication with our realtor . He completely wasted our time for weeks allowing us to view a property multiple times and make an offer when one had already been accepted. Don't use this guy as a realtor. He's not looking out for your best interests. All he's looking to do is earn a dollar.

After sitting on the market for 5 months with no leads his different approach was able to have it sold within a month of us working with him. Morgan and Emily supported us and walked me through the paperwork gathering and were there for any questions we had. He then found us our new home and negotiated and communicated with us clearly. When we came into the home at the 24 hour walkthrough his dedication showed again when the home was disgusting and he was quickly handling it with the opposing realtor to straighten it out. When Simon listed our house which was Thursday evening, he said the house shall be on the market on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and that we shall look at offers on Sunday night. That's how it all happened. We looked at 6 offers and the sale was finalized on Sunday evening for top dollar. Three days that's all it took. We found Simon to be very knowledgeable, experienced and empathetic. He is very approachable and always returned our calls on a timely manner and was very punctual for our meetings. His office staff are equally pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. You never get a machine when you phone. You always talk to a real person which is unusual these days. We had the pleasure of meeting Morgan and dealt with her a fair bit. Other people I dealt with were Heather and Emily. All of them were always polite, addressed all of our concerns and kept us updated. We had a great experience. We have bought and sold homes 5 times. This was by far our best service ever received from an agent. After our move, Simon gave us a surprise welcoming gift ( a basket full of useful items, including a bottle of champagne) and provided complimentary locksmith service. He also visited us and told us to please contact him for any concerns. This was so assuring. I would highly recommend Simon and his team to handle all of your real estate needs. You will not be disappointed.
