★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an neighbor next to a new Urbandale subdivision we have been disrespected and violated. Were some road and no fences yet or if there will be. Oh and the new folks walk on to our properties thinking they have rights to the waterfront just awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sale service is the worst, still waiting for repairs after almost a year, covid 19 being used as an excuse. Even with the fact that they can build a whole house but can't do repairs. Gerald is the guy i dealt with too hot ,too wet ,too cold, sent deficency list.did some of the work myself.
