★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big mistake buying from this company. Things not done on time and not done to code. False promises and hand shakes with no meaning. Once money in pocket, quality of repairs is below par. Communication is horrible and the transactions lacks honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a new walkout bungalow in the stonewalk estates community in Kinburn from Gerry and his team. I cannot say enough about how fantastic this experience has been. The home is beautiful with all quality finishes. Even better is the pre and post service Gerry and his forman Eric provide. This is not our 1st new build and the service is by far the best. Making the choice to build with Moderna in any of their communities is a decision you will enjoy to the fullest. Update: march 2021. Wanted to post an update 9 mths in and we are still very happy. The Moderna team has been exceptional. Even as the street builds up the contractors take immense care in maintaining the cleanliness for those homeowners already settled in. Eric the foreman has continued to support. Great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, poor workmanship. Do not buy from this builder unless you are prepared for many issues. Does not repair defects and when they do they make it worse. Better quality work from other builders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Moderna build a custom home for us last year. They built a quality home but were often totally unresponsive (and even deceitful on occasions) to questions and concerns raised during construction. Try to hold back money at closing if there are any outstanding issues because they don't seem to care once they receive their money. It is now 14 months since we took possession and I have been fighting with them to pave the driveway (as per our contract) for the last 6 months - no action, just silence and excuses.
