★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urban Video did work for our Charity (YOUCAN Youth Services) here in Edmonton last year to promote the work that we do with at risk youth. When we first met with Crystal, it was very obvious that she was passionate about her work and wanted to ensure that her job was tell the best possible story via video to help us promote our message. Truth be told, it wasn't like some cheesy sales person who acts the part to get your business. She was very genuine and very real and that led us to choose Urban Video. Crystal and her team didn't meet our expectations, they blew them out of the water. The video created by Urban was the best video we have ever had done. Working closely with us to create the message we wanted, they created a video that was sincere, to the point, and very informative. The look and feel of the video is more then we were expecting and the feedback we received from it over the past year has been incredible. I would highly highly recommend using Urban Video and I won't go anywhere else for this type of work in the future. I am excited to see what we create this year as we have decided that we will do one video a year now due to the amazing quality that was provided by Crystal and her team. If you need a video for any reason, this is company to choose.
