★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOTALLY UNREALIBLE. WE WERE SUPOOSED TO MEET AT 2PM. NO SHOW TILL 3PM AND NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL. THIS A BLESSING AS I WOULD NOT WANT TO ENTRUST A BIG PROJECT TO SOME UNREALIBLE AND UNCOURTEOUS. I AM THE PERSON THAT YOU TALKED TO. THIS NOT A MISTAKE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Kevin to develop our 700 s/f walkout basement in Mahogany. Everything was completed as expected and we were impressed by how smoothly everything went for a large project. Thanks for the hard work Kevin. There were no issues and we are happy with the end result. We would recommend your company in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the summer Kevin developed the basement in one of our rental houses in Calgary to make a Legal Secondary Suite. I can't say enough good things. He is one of the most polite people my husband and I have ever met & all the people he brought in to work with him were professional & courteous. I would also like to mention his electrician who helped us choose the pot light layout. He was very patient & explained the importance of making the lighting scheme symmetrical from what we were initially thinking. We are glad we took his advice because it turned out better than our idea. Thanks Kevin & Mark. We would have no hesitation in recommending either of them. --
