★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the rudest experience with a receptionist I have ever had. Would steer clear of this if you want to deal with pleasant and approachable people. I never write reviews but this is a well deserved one star. The dentist is probably fine, but help starts with the first person you speak to. Hope she reads this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Livingstone and his team are so wonderful! Best Dentist in town! They truly care about their patients and do such amazing work! I have had Invisalign and many other dental services with Dr. Livingstone, each time him and his team have gone above and beyond!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first appointment at Urban Smiles yesterday and was BEYOND thrilled with the service. I literally went home and raved about it to my husband for like 20 minutes. The staff were so incredibly friendly, caring, fast, and communicative. I felt very well taken care of and am thrilled with the results of my appointment. 12/10 would recommend this spot for all of your teef needs. Thanks again you guys! ❤❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will simply not find better dental care anywhere. I am a senior with ‘senior’ teeth and have had many procedures done at Urban Smiles in Victoria. From Dr Rachel, Dr Brett, Colleen, Sarah, Bethany, Brooke and the rest of the capable team, please know you are in excellent hands. I am so thankful for this care group as I move forward in years desiring to keep my smile bright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Urban Smiles downtown! From the amazing dentists to the RDHs (Nicky, Colleen) and Bethany at the front. This is the best dental team I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! If you want to feel appreciated, cared for, and never judged (sometimes I have coffee breath) hit up Urban Smiles on Broughton. You’ll be glad you did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr. Sophie Motet and I am so pleased with how my appointment went. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, and the office is so welcoming. The office has up to date technology which makes things so much easier! I don’t normally like the dentist, but Dr Motet made sure to keep me informed on her findings and throughly explain her recommendations. She is so gentle and calming! I would recommend this clinic and specifically Dr. Motet to everyone.

It makes visiting the dentist much more comfortable and enjoyable. The dental assistants are amazing and the front desk staff are also A++. I would highly recommend Urban Smiles in Victoria for all your dental needs. If I could give a 100 star rating I would. Thank you for being what I consider to be the best dental office ever!!

I appreciate the care that is put into keeping my teeth healthy. I do not usually particularly like going to the dentist but I can say that ever since going to Urban smiles every appointment I have left feeling that really it was a comfortable experience and I shouldn't get so anxious ?
