★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 sales girls at register yesterday between 330 pm and 4 pm. I stood and waited to purchase 2 items for ten minutes being completely ignored. Finally left without buying. Horrible service. 5 people and not a one could check me out! Worst customer service ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, this is my favourite store and location but enough is enough with the locked change rooms. People don't have money to be wasting on clothing they don't fit in/can't get a refund on. It's unfair to have to guess if items fit or not (sizing is NEVER consistent) only to not be able to even refund them with the tags. I don't really care for a store discount if I'm going to repeatedly have the same issue. After this huge blow to my self esteem, I'll probably be taking my purchases elsewhere until this brand decides if they're going to allow fitting rooms to be open or not. As it stands, I will not be shopping here any further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fed up with Urban Planet not letting customers try on clothes for almost 2 YEARS now. I used to love shopping here for years and I literally mean over 10+ years. At this point I’m convinced it’s just a tactic for the brand to generate more money since refunds aren’t offered for things that don’t fit. What other reason can there be when every other store lets you try on clothes?
Even when stores reopened for the first time after the virus hit, stores let you try on clothes but they would have to put the clothes on a rack to disinfect it. Yet, they didn’t keep their changing rooms shut for almost 2 years.
It just makes me not want to shop here anymore because what’s the point if what I buy doesn’t fit and I have to play a game of exchanging sizes until I find a size that still doesn’t fit/look good and then I wasted money because now I have an article of clothing that I don’t like.
Shop here if you’re certain that your size will fit you. I wear an XS/S and both fit very very different depending on the shirt and its material and I can’t tell which would fit because I can’t try it on.
When reading these comments, I can tell Urban Planet doesn’t actually care that their customers think they’re being scammed by not being able to get a refund. Pretty sad.
Maybe next year they’ll open up their changing rooms.
