★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very bad the women's clothings is very cute ,but when you want try it into room ,if you are men we can't cause worker take it and you dont if the clothing fit so we go home after and we try it and we need return for refund or exchanged very bad and closet is not pretty clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually lost my wallet there while shopping and when I realized I was already home and called them right away. They were closed but they still picked up the phone. Surprisingly, they reassured me they had found it and was kept at the cash counter. I went the next day and everything was there, thank you so much to all staff for your honesty and being so helpful. Losing your wallet is a huge headache!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes are nice, deals are good. But cashier lines & customer service is always bad. The dressing rooms are coated with dust and dirt, please get someone to clean them once in a while, its revolting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their clothing is very modern and sleek. They have a wide variety of clothing and from time to time offer great discounts on clothes, up to 70% sometimes. The material sometimes is not the best on certain articles but for the price is really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality is great and they have different type of clothes and different sizes. However there was a big line up and there was only one cashier. It happens often ans they should definitely do something about it. Other then that, it's a great store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clothes available to purchase are good, a decent selection on sizes and pricing reasonable. The music playing in the store while were shopping was loud and of questionable taste. Also, the cashier that served us was somewhat rude. After scanning, he threw the clothes we were buying on the counter before packing it in the bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot try any items in store, so I ended up bringing back most of the clothes because they did not fit. Only got store credit. How many times am I supposed to go back and forth before finding items that fit. At least provide a refund if we cannot even try on the clothes or shoes. :(
Update: I called CS on July 16 and they told me the changing rooms should be opening in 1-2 weeks. It would be nice if the onsite staff would be more helpful, because the phone CS was great.
