★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is always kind and they let me know about the sales they were having. Very professional as well and really easy to find what you’re looking for. But then again, it’s expected from Tommy Hilfiger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad exprience with employe in this branch. Young girl might just got hired , i didnt see her befor. She was very rude. Instead of helping us , just wanted us to leave and dont look for something. Even superviser of branch that i complain to her, was not helpful. Hopefully the manager will think better about choosing employes.

V.aggressive answer if you ask about anything.v.aggressive deal at their.
I have never seen that before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware when you pay with gift cards.
The cashier wasn't trained properly to manage a transaction with that kind of payment which resulted in my money to be hold for 15 days.
I understand there's a learning process but the store wasn't that busy and the cashier wasn't properly trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had a really bad experience with this store several times!!!! Will never go back there again. Bought a couple stuff last week from that store, some of them which didn't fit (So, as a normal client, I wanted my money back), so on I wanted to return the stuff. I came to the store Saturday at 4:30pm (coming from Blainville) knowing that they close at 5pm (I double-checked to make sure). They told me that the store was full and that they didn't accept more clients for the day. I had no choice to turn around and go back home. Tried going there again today, SAME STORY!!!! At 4:30pm they told me that they didn't allow clients in since the store was full and they close soon. When I told them that they close at 5pm, they told me that there's nothing that they could do!....VERY DISAPPOINTING & UNPROFESSIONNAL!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Working in that field myself, I can assure that the fact they don't allow clients in 30 minutes prior to closing time (which is publicly indicated on their website) goes AGAINST Quebec's Consumer Protection Act (Loi sur la protection du consommateur du Québec)!!!! So I will definitely NEVER go back to that store again & will file a complain against them to L'Office de protection des droits du consommateur!!!!
