★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am highly disappointed that this company used our screens to print a few personal pieces for themselves. This is highly unprofessional. If we are trusting you with our designs and our intellectual property, it is unethical to use what we paid for to print on the side. I would never recommend them after this incident. If they ever rebuttal and say its not true we have 100% proof that this happened. I would not trust them. As a business man dealing with many companies, I've never see this type of unprofessionalism before. This was not an isolated incident.

As time has gone on, whether a big job or a small 10 shirt order, they have handled my jobs in the same manner. Super professional and fair pricing. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After calls to 4(!) different vendors who said they could not do a job for me, Urban Impressionz invited me to come to show them the products in person to see what they could do. They let me know what was feasible (branding beach chairs), and which products (fabric coolers) could risk losing their structural integrity. They were honest, even though it meant a smaller order. We were so happy with the work, that we have since placed a second larger order for t-shirts for an event. The employees who wore them loved them. The team at Urban Impressionz really takes the time to listen to their customers. Even though they are geographically further from our office than other vendors, we will continue to do business with them for the quality they offer in their work, as well as their outstanding customer service.

Without a doubt 110% professional when it was work related. And when it was personal, we received a treatment as if we had been friends for a lifetime.
Her professionalism is one of the top reasons why I keep going back and also why we have become good friends. I've recommend her time and time again to other companies and to all my friends and will continue to do so.
