Urban Ground was opened in 2007 in downtown Swift Current. We wanted to bring specialty coffees , teas and delicious desserts to the city!
Our focus today remains on providing high quality products to you! This is why we don't use automatic espresso machines - at Urban Ground each drink is custom made by the barista! This is also why we bake, from scratch, every day - so we always have the answer for your sweet tooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice little place. They have a great selection of drinks and some dessert as well. It was quite busy when I was there and the service was reasonably quick. The interior was quite humid on the day I was there, despite it being a cooler summer day. That interior temperature is really the only complaint I have. I had an espresso and it was quite tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy we stopped here instead of our usual Starbucks. Busy little coffee shop and friendly community folks. Coffee was exactly to my liking - strong. Clean and good customer service. We will for sure stop here again when we’re passing through. Also if you want to take your coffee and walk down the street and take a tour of the shops along the way - it’s a lovely stroll. Friendly little neighbourhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the atmosphere. Amazing staff. Best london fogs in town. Also love their puffed wheat cakes because they are always extra gooey. It's nice knowing that they bake the goods themselves rather than getting frozen product. Great place to study, relax, or catch up with some friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in on our way through Swift Current today. Their Turmeric lattes, milkshake and Italian Soda were all great! The young barista was ver friendly and the owner was very friendly too!
