★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Timmy is one of the newest in town, it is kept clean, good service, consistent food, just like many franchises we come to expect. However, if you are looking for good WIFI, skip this one and the one in downtown Swift Current. They have been consistently bad for years. McDonald is across the street from this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim getting worse from year to year, permanent mess in the washrooms, checking your orders is highly recommend because they put random items in your bag... I don't want to see this national business rolling down into the crevasse. Tim needs a good manager and it is not a problem of this specific location, this issue is everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going through the drive through I found the person was not friendly. Before she handed the coffee to me, I asked for a cup sleeve, she gave me the sleeve. I asked her to put it on the cup first and she was frustrated at me. The service is often like this here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Past couple of mornings now my husband has gone through the drive thru and both times he’s gone the lids have not been on right, they pass them through the window and have spilled everywhere inside and outside the vehicle as well as all over my husband. I spoke to the manager but didn’t seem to sincere about what had happened. This Tims is one we will not use anymore. Very poor service.

Slow to the counter.

Got our order wrong.
Staff really rude: Apparently asking for a straw for your frozen lemonade is not allowed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame on Tim Horton's. The parking lot is absolutely disgusting, especially the drive thru. The garbage cans were overflowing and there is trash all over the road and across the street. This is Canada not a 3rd world country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathroom was relatively clean. That is all they have going for them. 4 staff working drive through and 1 new guy on customers in the building. 15 min to do 3 customers. Several of us left without being served, went to gas station and got very good coffee.
