Ranjan is a horrible boss, and she doesn't treat her employees fairly. She reuses old ice cream and puts it back in the ice cream bag. She dropped patties on the floor and washed them and put them back in the duke tray, there is also a thing in the kitchen called a 'mistake jar' which is absolutely disgusting and inappropriate. Ranjan is breaking every food safety protocol. She treats her staff horribly, if you need a job, don't apply here.

Ordered 2 chicken strip baskets. (6pc) with fries and water. One basket had 3 pieces of chicken and maybe 13 fries. The other basket had the 6 with maybe 20 fries. The fries tasted stale and like they sat out in the open for quite some time. The chicken was at least hot. Our son who loves fries wouldn't even touch them. Pretty disappointed after waiting at the window for over 10 minutes (I'm guessing they were cooking the chicken and giving the last of the fries that were sitting on the counter!) $26 later we just have a hungry toddler for the drive back to Eastend. Goldfish for the win.

Worst DQ I've been too , hopefully the franchise does a review on this one the waiting times are crazy and seem to get the orders wrong everytime . Seem annoyed when I try and get it corrected won't be back to this location.

Alrighty. Generally I don’t share reviews but the last handful of times we’ve been to DQ it’s been ridiculous. The lines are SLOW (like 1 vehicle ahead and a 15 minute wait slow) and either whoever is taking your order is incompetent, it’s their first day on the job, or they’re extremely hungover. Our order was simple enough, a 4 piece chicken basket with 2 sauces, but we had to repeat it back and forth multiple times, each time he got it wrong. You can’t tell me what I received in the box is worth the price I paid. The chicken strips are tiny with a handful of fries. Along with that, I requested another dip which I was charged for but never given. I definitely understand everybody has off days or they’re learning, but this is a repeat thing and judging from other reviews, seems to be the standard. Do. Better. DQ!!

After reading comments here I notice they are doing the same thing since I quit in 2015 because I didn't agree with their nasty food safety. I can't believe they have never been caught reusing sour ice cream and picking patties off the floor and still serving them. How have they not been caught. One time there was an ice cream cake in the back with bugs in it and she just scooped the bugs out and sold the cake anyway. I would be reporting the mistake jar because it is highly illegal for a business to force you to pay for their mistakes. If you can't afford to run a business properly and keep up with health standards, maybe don't run a business you clearly can't afford. This is Canada not India. We have standards here.

I went to get take out from this establishment tonight for meals for the family and all I can say is WOW, where do I start.... The poutine was flavorless and the fries looked like toe nail clippings and I'm pretty sure they were. The burgers were bland and tasteless and the mushroom burger that I had only contained 1 mushroom ... And I think it was a canned mushroom, the buns were dry and crusty and the sauce on the stuff tasted like it had been scraped off a dogs behind and they missed drinks off the order... All this for $90 ... At least you are on the highway you can call it highway robbery .. you think with all the bad reviews you would make improvements ( Response to DQ team , you have not improved in the last 2 years since I was last there .. so my guess is you wont now)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We ordered 2, 4 piece chicken strips baskets and one poutine, a chip mint shake. We also asked for two zesty quesos which we got after a lot of confusion because apparently they were unaware that it was on their menu. We were charged for a 6 piece chicken strip, an order of fries (which we didn’t even receive) and my chip mint shake was apparently just a mint shake seeing as there were no chips in it. And my poutine had no more than 10 fries but had a boat load of gravy on it. When we went back to show them the receipt and explained what was wrong but they were just acting like they hadn’t made any mistakes and saying we had ordered things wrong. Wouldn’t go here again.

I just ordered a poutine from Dairy Queen. We got our poutine and noticed it was only half full, waste of $6. We didn’t even get a fork, ketchup, or napkins in the bag. 1/10 experience. Also don’t get me started with the food safety there ?
