No Hi,bye,thank you or your welcome. She just stands there with a scowl on her face. If your gonna work customer service,put a smile on your face,it goes a long way. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for her. Won't go back

Urban Cellars is very impressive. They have done incredible upgrades and the place looks fabulous with a giant selection of everything. Very helpful staff as well!
