S	Scott Phillips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete waste of time and money. One week my kid is tall enough for the ball pit, the next she's too short. The height requirements haven't changed either. Try explaining to a kid that one. Never again will I ever pay dollars to see my kids heart break. Shame on you urban air. Do better.

I am however concerned that while we were there a young boy was getting yelled at by staff over and over to get out of the ball pit. This went on for almost an hour till I decided to ask the boy if he needed help. Well would know yes he did. He was physically unable to pull himself out of the ball pit and was constantly being yelled at by multiple staff to get out. He was just in tears so sad. Instead of yelling at him to get out they should have asked him if he needed help getting out.
J	Jojo Arseneault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually this place is really great to visit. But it seems they don't care about their customers safety. I went today, the place was over packed. Every trampoline had multiple people on them. The obstacle course usually has a "one person at a time" limit for safety reasons, but today it was so chaotic the staff couldn't control the volume of people using it. It was an accident waiting to happen. There was two full sections of tables booked for 1 or 2 birthdays. So there wasn't very much room for anyone else to sit. For perspective on how busy they were, we had to park passed the Canadian tire's parking lot. We stayed for a couple hours hoping to spend the day, but couldn't handle the volume of people so we left. We understand that covid restrictions hurt their business just like it did most other businesses. That doesn't excuse allowing more than they can handle. We would rather see them reject people at the door, ourselves included, if they are that full next time. Max capacity doesn't translate to OVERcapacity.

Easy online booking as well staff follow up with party arrangements and confirming final details prior to party. Host was amazing! Place is clean and well kept. Pizza was a hit for the kids and parents. Kids had a blast!

Cant wait to come again. Prices were very fair for what you get. Wifi and cafe and lots of seating for ppl waiting. 5 stars for sure!!!

My friend's daughter was having a meltdown and the staff member brought her a ball from the ball pit. My son fell on his face and the staff member brought me an ice pack. Such a great atmosphere!!

Trampolines everywhere with obstacles to climb, rock wall, dodge balls to play with on the Trampolines, so much fun! There was a place to get food but we ended up grabbing from a fast food restaurant. The kids ran everywhere wanting to do everything. They weren't tall enough for half the things but enjoyed the Trampolines and slides. Staff told us only one child per square trampoline so keeping them not together was difficult as their both toddlers and are best friends. That was a bummer. But we had a lot of fun and I am definitely bringing them back. They slept like rocks that night
T	Tim F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a weekend birthday party and had a blast! We were greeted on reception by friendly and professional staff and guided through the waiver and purchase process. I recommend the Ultimate package for value which is reasonably priced. You will have to purchase their socks which are equipped with robust grips. We were handled every step of the way and communication was great. We had a reserved table for the birthday group which was a nice home base for our activities. There is limited seating for non-group guests. Food and drink ordering was easy and reasonably priced. There is a coat room which is not secured; I would recommend reducing valuables to the minimum necessary. I limited photos for privacy reasons but the website is excellent and the space mirrors what you see. I would strongly recommend for ages 5 to 15 and might work for ages 4 to 50 depending on the individual.
