★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Uptown yoga! They have wonderful instructors and provide a great variety of classes! Their instructors have great skill, extensive knowledge and are very encouraging. They're always welcoming and make even the most macho man feel at home.
I’ve done their beginner classes, more difficult, restorative and while I was pregnant they provided modifications so I could continue to attend any class. I absolutely love their location! It’s always spotless and has beautiful energy. This is a great place from beginners to yogi’s!
