★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favorite places in all of Goderich. Relaxing atmosphere, no judgements and everyone is welcome. Clare Day is a supportive, encouraging and sometimes entertaining leader. Once you get into your workout and when you're finished, you're so very glad you came.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a private SUP yoga class for my besties bachelorette! We had the best time! Clare was such a great teacher and so calm and really allowed us to go at our own pace! I definitely want to do it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clare is an amazing teacher! The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. I've never felt comfortable in a yoga class before doing Chakra yoga with Clare and Shannon. Since, I enjoy going whenever I can to be challenged and feel confident, or to be relaxed and stretched on restorative days. ADDED BONUS: the yoga den hosts events like yoga and a brew (supporting local businesses like her own) and also does stand up paddle board yoga in the summer on Lake Huron!

Your inner child will thank you for consuming one of their delectable hand cold pressed juices. Have you ever touched your toes whilst cupping a cappuccino and stroking a succulent? No? Have you always wanted to? Well this dream can become your reality once you enter "The Den". Good vibes and good times had by all here, for the remaining existence of time.
