I was concerned that working out on a reformer would be too complicated or too intense. Adrianna has made the experience safe, fun and challenging. I have increased my core strength, over all body strength ,co ordination and increased my body awareness.
Adrianna is very knowledgeable and such a warm positive person. I look forward to my classes and time with her.

Adriana is such a knowledgable instructor, explains everything in every move you learn. I am 65 and I feel better than I have in years and that is thanks to the wonderful instructor Adriana. Pilates is such a great program for anyone who needs to get there life back or just wants to feel amazing. Thank you Adriana for all you do for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adrianna is a very good Pilates instructor. She truly does care that she gives you a good workout and she is very pleasant and professional. She knows her stuff and is always on time and gives it her all. I enjoy going to her studio in her home. It is clean and inviting. Her Covid protocol is in place and when you arrive you have to sterilize your hands before you walk in the house and then you have to go downstairs in the bathroom and wash your hands before you enter her beautiful studio. Adrianna is a very caring beautiful person
