Cory and Wendy were very helpful when my daughter brought her car in for a major repair. A quote was provided quickly and communication was above average throughout the repair. They were honest and performed high quality work. Uptown stands behind the repair and continue to offer post-repair support.

First time at uptown service I was there for an alignment, and safety certification. Cory and the team was very professional and I appreciate them letting me fix my my own car to pass safety!, then the following Monday I went back and the certificate was handed to me with one of their mechanics taking a quick peak and off I go!. Thank you!.

our families bmw spent between 6-7 weeks there getting the timing chain done. It took 3 weeks alone for the problem to be diagnosed after the job was taken. Our calls were avoided - amongst a number of other issues. The owner was beyond unprofessional - dishonest shop and not competent to get work done on time. Do not bring your car there unless you can afford a 8hr job taking weeks. My least favorite part was when I stopped in and was told they 'finally' had the part. although re assembly would take 45 minutes and they closed in 30 so I would have to wait until the following Monday. This was after waiting nearly 2months. Above and beyond service.

Got my tires switched over in April and again a week ago in October (with oil change). Both times the customer service was excellent. Cory is a lovely guy. We had a great chat in April and this time around. This time, he was also speaking with another customer while I waited to pick up my car and it was obvious that (a) he knows what he's talking about (b) the guy was a long time client and he totally trusts Cory (c) Cory clearly cares. I go by feel and I just trust him. Highly recommended.

I'm sorry to be a Karen but I have never been so unimpressed with a company. I took my tires there to get them put on to my aluminum factory wheels and when I got them back they had scratched the finish off on them. When I called to let them know they kept telling me that's what they were supposed to do so I called the dealership to see what their views on it were- the service advisor at Ford told me that what they did was unacceptable and should have never happened because it will cause corrosion on my wheels. I called them back to let them know what Ford said and they had continued to try and justify their mistake. They had asked I send a picture of the wheels and when I did I did not receive a reply so I ended up bringing my wheels back down there to see what we can do. They told me to leave my wheels out back and they would take a look at them to see what they could do. I had to call them a few days later to see what they were going to do. They told me they would repaint them to make me happy but still kept trying to justify what was done. It took them a week to repaint them and I still never received a call saying they were done, my boyfriend had to go down there to see what was going on as I tried to call 3 times yesterday. And when my boyfriend went to pick them up the gentleman at the front desk made another comment about "how they are supposed to do that so weights can stick". This entire experience has been more than frustrating with how unprofessional they have been and the constant justifications. If Ford said that what they did was okay then I 100% would of been fine but for them still say a dealership is wrong and not just own up to their mistake is crazy. Also the lack of contact with me was awful. I do appreciate them repainting my wheels but I don't appreciate the headache this has caused me. I would of been writing a different review if they.. 1. Were even the tiniest bit professional 2. Contacted me when they said they were going to. 3. Stopped trying to justify their mistake especially after Ford said they were in the wrong. 4. Gave me a refund for the inconvenience they caused me 5. Didn't make a petty comment when my boyfriend picked up my wheels. Overall I won't be using them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Fairly new to Orillia and had to find a shop I could trust and I finally did with Uptown. Great service, reasonable competitive pricing and above all trust. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
