★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an incredible experience visiting their walk-in. The receptionist was extremely friendly and my appointment was on time and effective. The clinic was extremely clean and looked brand new. The doctor was empathetic and answered all of my questions. After being dodged by my family doctor he was able to quickly diagnose my condition, helped me with a referral to a specialist for surgery and even scheduled a follow up appointment with him in a few weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my daughter in today for a walk-in. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend! It is beautiful inside. The front desk is very organized and responsible. The nurse is very in depth and the doctor barely made us wait and is very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent clinic! Dr Batavia and his staff members simply exceeded my expectations. I recently moved to Canada from the US and didn’t have a family physician, so had to call their office to schedule a walk-in appointment. I was taken in immediately and was attended well in time. I must say Dr. Batavia is very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate, I did not feel rushed at all. I got some blood tests done on the same day within the clinic. The Dr gave me a follow up call the next day and assured me that he is there to help till the time I find a family physician.
It’s difficult to find a family physician in these hard times so I had to reach out to Dr Batavia again after a few weeks for a referral. After patiently discussing my situation he promptly referred me to a Specialist. Now I have found a family physician and I will be meeting the Specialist too. I just wish my new Dr is as good as Dr Batavia ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best doctors office/ walk in clinic I have ever been to. Admin, nurses and pharmacist are the nicest people and super attentive to detail. Dr. Batavia is one of the kindest and most knowledgeable doctors I've ever met. I would highly recommend this clinic for walk ins.

The nurse was thorough and efficient in gathering information. The doctor was empathetic and caring with my son's injury, and suggestions for future care. Thank you Uptown Medical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved from another province and was refused service by various clinics for my 5 and 7 year old because they couldn’t bill health care info from other provinces. I decided to call this clinic and from the initial phone call by the receptionist, to a follow up call and finally the doctor doing a virtual appointment, I was wowed by the service I received! A big thank you to all the medical staff. A perfect example of how a clinic should run.
