★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first glance looks like a great place to live but if you have any issues and you go to the manager they are not taken seriously or delt with. Lots of vehicles racing in and out of parking lot, music blasting, car loads of young people coming and going at all hours. Not an ideal place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have lived here for just about 4 yrs now and love it! Has always been clean and looked after. Management is great to deal with and always addresses our concerns as soon as possible. Our neighbours in here have been great as well. If yoou like condo living with your own insuite laundry this is the place for you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not live here. Over priced rent and the facility is extremely dirty. The mats never get changed (they're supposed to be black) I lived here for 2 years and never saw/ heard anyone ever use a vacuum outside the suite. The landlord is brutal keeping track of paperwork and asked for a copy of insurance and hydro account number 8 months into a 12 month lease agreement which I happily provided and asked questions about terminating the lease early. No follow up was ever made and they have charged me past the lease agreement. The landlord is extremely incompetent and didn't even know when my lease was up. Nor did she ever contact me about signing a new contract. I wouldn't recommend this facility to my worst nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We so enjoy living here. Excellent mangement , keeps everything in top shape and treats the residents with respect. I am sure everyone will be delighted with the new above ground gardens. . for seniors like our selves this is a secure , clean environment with step up and ride at your door.Lots of family's with children and a beautiful playground in the centre court. The young people who reside here are polite and friendly.
this is a perfect place to live and recomment to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a pleasant stay in this condo apartment for 3year because it is kids friendly .Hats off to NANCY for finding solutions to each issues which was great .THANKYOU NANCY. Rents are affordable and the surrounding property is always kept clean and maintained. If you are looking for a place to call home then look no further upper montney is best place and dont forget to ask for NANCY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the nicest apartment in Dawson to rent, the units are decent and it is nice that you have a dishwasher, washer & dryer in your own place not shared with others. Weekly the building has cleaners come in which is nice to see and generally things are kept fairly clean. One down side to our unit was it got extremely dusty easily and I was forever vacuuming up cat hair and dust from the previous tenants despite the carpet being professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. Wish carpet wasn’t in here for that reason since it is pet friendly :) The summer is also extremely hot as there is no type of air conditioning unit installed and the afternoon sun shines bright into the building. Tenants have all been pretty friendly, but recently there has been A LOT of yelling, swearing, and ruckus from a few individuals walking along the backside of the building to visit someone here… not somewhere I even feel safe walking my dog and new baby outside anymore. To top it off you need to read your lease very carefully and confront the BC tenancy board to clarify anything as there was an illegal monthly pet fee listed and it was a hassle to have it refunded to us (that is the law). All that being said, it has since been dealt with and all in all it truly has been a decent place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have lived at Upper Montney since returning to Dawson Creek in June 2015. Overall we have been exceptionally happy here. In the last 2 years or so, under the new management of Nancy and Bravim things have only improved. The building and grounds are being kept as well as possible considering the comings and goings of different people. It really is like living in your own house, the apartment is private and generally quiet and any issues we may have had have been handled very professionally by management. In our opinion there isn't a better place in Dawson Creek to call home. Thank you everyone concerned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I moved in over a year ago. The apartments are nice, its pretty quiet, the apartment buildings are cleaned weekly by cleaners that come. You have your own washer, dryer and dishwasher in your apartment which is GREAT! The apartments are pet friendly as well! The only downfall is carpet. I'm constantly vacuuming and can't seem to get all the fur ?. The free gym is nice and the community lounge is great to hangout in if you're into that.
Before our new community leader came, getting things fixed or taken care of wasn't possible. It was definitely frustrating. Now there is a new community leader and he is very friendly. He has definitely been turning the place around and making it A LOT better.
I definitely recommend these apartments to live in. Definitely the best looking and best pricing in town.
