A	A Heckbert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With all the money that the University is spending on development you would think that they would be able to give a facelift to the University theater. The washrooms are horrible and on the day that we went the elevator didn't work so any senior that couldn't make it up the stairs was maneuvered another way. The staff was fabulous and very knowledgeable and helpful. Lastly it is ridiculous that there is no after-hours parking rates at the University. For the outdoor closest handicap parking stall I was shocked to see that the prices were more expensive than what they are in the downtown core after 5 PM. The Parkade was cheaper to park in then the outdoor lot. However are people who needed assistance had to walk further. University of Calgary you should be ashamed of your parking rates stop gouging the people who come to the university to use the services after hours.
S	Sonia Garyayev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For context, im a techie and have only really put shows on there, not watched others. Its about as much as you'd expect from a university theatre, really. They have a pretty good lighting and sound system, the catwalks arent really there though. Like most lights need a ladder to hang up, you cant do it from the top. The costume rooms' lamps are waaay too hot, if all of them are turned on its just a steam room. The rooms themselves are a bit too far from the stage in my opinion, but backstage is a lot of space, they have blue lights on during show, its pretty much like every other theatre. Id also say the enterances from the curtains on the sides are a bit uncomfortable. But ey, the shows in there are pretty dope, check it out
T	Tanis Danchuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great views. Wonderful back stage access for performers. Our dance school uses this theatre for our year end recital as well! And they serve drinks for dance moms! Yay!
E	Enaiyat Ghani Ovy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice theatre with pretty decent seating arrangements. It’s medium sized hall with a good view from all corners. We had enjoyed the stage play quite a few times. You can comfortably watch the performances. It’s located inside the university of Calgary main campus close to the hotel alma.
C	Corrie Banman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The seats are very comfortable and give an excellent view of the stage. The Arts parkade is close to provide parking within easy walking distance. My one issue with the theatre is the blown speaker in the ceiling. It's incredibly distracting when watching a performance. Hopefully this is corrected soon

We need to support the arts and spending that much extra for the parking with the ticket makes it cost prohibitive! The theatre area is tight and old but the lighting and sound were great.
