Jean-Sebastien était super fin, même si je ne lui ai pas payé pour des services de mise en forme, et tout de même pour tout le staff. Ils étaient tous souriants, et professionnels. I’ll continue in English... All the equipment is being changed for Rogue carbon-steel equipment (incredible grip on the bars), the shoulder press bench with weight supports to avoid unnecessary shoulder rotation allowed me to press more. The powerlifting section is fun as well. When I had to cancel my membership due to a déménagement, they did not make me pay a cancellation fee since I had just payed my monthly fee, and had already paid for my last month of membership, which I found to be very kind (which most businesses are not when you cancel a contract). Would not go to any other gym in Quebec!

In my experience gyms are usually reluctant to let walk ins...and that's very Inconvenient for a traveler. I found this place online after a quick search, walked in with no hassle and I was surprised how nice this gym was. It had all the equipment you could think of...literally! Powerlifters, crossfitters, bodybuilders....it accommodates all. I love this place.....oh and its very clean....the owner (Mike) is usually walking around or training and he's not shy to say hi.....100% recommend this place ?

The owner Mike is very personable, and clearly passionate about the sport itself. I would 100% recommend going to this gym especially if you admire quality and professionalism.
