★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a great place to learn. Still a decent place to pick up the basics without a lot of wasted time but the trainer got weird over the years. Really cocky and caught up in himself and the students have started learning that as a way to be. If it weren't for actually having some wins under his belt this place would be a weird dojo cult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go here if you want to be bullied, And body shamed and harrassed. If I could I'd give this place negative 5 stares I would but google requires at least one star. Their couching style is worse then the dojo off the movie karate kid Cobra Kai. All these 5 stars rating I know I have talked to them about it now and they don't believe it anymore and just haven't changed their rating. Cause he nice all at first and time always shows true colors.

His one on one civility and genuine interest in student development is motivating to want to hit the mats & train. Solid group of people that share the same goals. Great place to engage in!
