★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wind storm of early November , 2020 took a length of sheer metal off of the frame of my roof (two story house) I called these guys, they swung by the next day And fixed it without question, hassle or even asking for payment since it was a quick fix. Most places would still charge something. I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some roof leakage due to storms and improper previous work (not by any known company, prior to owning house), as well as a need for new eavestroughs and leaf guards. Estimate response was same day, had the work booked, and a few weeks later the eaves and gutter work was done. Great team came and did the work, very efficient, very tidy. Then roof team came and replaced the goose neck vent, some flashing, and shingles in the area of repair. In and out in no time, today, professional, amazing job. Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wish we would have listened to others telling us and the other reviews how this company is a rip off . DO not deal with this company the owners Sean mcewen (lions gate) & Jamie Erdahl are scam artists and are well known for going bankrupt after owing suppliers and contractors loads of money and leaving you with horrible workmanship. We found out today when we were cleaning out our eaves that they did not clean out. No drip edge was installed and no ice shied rubber under the shingle. Exposed nails everywhere and the shingles are lifting due to nails not being hammered down and lots on an angle the shingles are not tabbing down due to this. They subbed this roof out I believe they sub contract all there work and don’t have there owe guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my final review for this company. Clearly communication is a huge issue between Jamie and Melissa. A satellite dish needed to be removed from my roof told and showed that to Jamie but when Melissa got here she didn't know about it? So they asked me if I had a,socket set I just purchased a new set I lent that to them see pictures below . I also told Jamie that the ran over my downspout he said he would replace that. See pics. After doing a walk around the house Melissa kept asking me are you finally happy now? Yeah if I hadn't asked about the missing gable and raised edge and siding. Both him and her don't communicate with each other heard excuses why and not with the customer. I still have the texts between Jamie and I I screen shot each conversation. I guess I will check around my property for the missing sockets/adapters . After Century West and now United roofing and exteriors I really have trust issues with contractors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roofing required Euroshield (Calgary) mediation for improperly installed shingles. Shed siding is poorly installed. Jamie Erhdal fails to attend appointments he establishes and his workers never arrived to rectify the removal and reapplication of the shed’s siding, Jamie has photos of roofing and shed’s siding. Jamie employed intimidation, yelling from our roof at us, actions, in our opinion, to be poor customer service, disrespectful, etc. and in our senior years
, to be elder abuse. Jamie’s in action reflects his failure to own workmanship and guarantee of ‘customer satisfaction’… be wise, in our opinion, keep shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamie and his crew are amazing. Rubber roofing is not cheap and we are very fussy with high expectations. We were fortunate to have Mellisa and Mitch as our installers who were very patient with our constant inquiries. They exceeded our expectations, so if you are considering a Euroshield rubber roof then United Roofing is our recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned…keep shopping… Jamie Erhdal, from United Roofing & Exteriors has a work crew apply Royal vinyl siding onto our shed. Jamie is fully aware that the application of the siding is inferior, lacking a professional application. Jamie has been provided with photos and he has seen the workmanship of his crew. We have all emails and texts, where Jamie has set appointments to meet, for a resolve, at his convenience, and he never arrives. Jamie has stated workers were going to remove and redo the siding, and he was having workers attend to the siding blowing off in the wind, but no one has ever showed. Jamie, as experienced, employs rich excuses, in my opinion, CoVid, etc. Jamie’s wife called, on his behalf, and asserted that Jamie was going to attend to our shed’s siding, last year, but he has set that aside, as well. Jamie once paid, as in my experience and opinion, sets aside customer satisfaction and any workmanship guarantees expected by a professional in his field. As a senior citizen, I anticipated Jamie would employ a respectful resolve and just do what was right, in my opinion.
