Full Steam Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning was founded as we saw the need for more qualified commercial kitchen hood and exhaust system cleaning companies in the industry – a company that would take the extra time to do it right. A company people could simply trust. After all, these restaurants do an amazing job at feeding this province!
That is how it all started! We set out on a mission to train our staff to highest standard of commercial kitchen hood and exhaust system cleaning. Our Crew Leaders have attended the Phil Ackland Kitchen Hood cleaning School in Dallas, Texas, and have become Phil Ackland Certified. Only a “certified” company can perform kitchen hood and exhaust system cleaning and inspection as per NFPA 96.
We are proud of our team! We strive to be the best at what we do. Our mission is to provide restaurant owners with peace of mind that we will show up on time and perform the cleaning in accordance with the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 96). We will provide the necessary documentation to ensure that the requirements of NFPA 96. We continue to work closely with Regina Fire & Protective Services with the goal of reducing the potential fire and life safety hazards associated with commercial cooking operations
